The Advanced Principles of Business Travel Management™ is the advanced education offering that focuses on the key competences required of business travel professionals. It is intended for travel buyers overseeing a managed business travel program and suppliers offering travel-related products and services.
This two-day workshop is designed to cover four main topics including strategic planning, buyer and supplier relationships, travel program administration, and data analysis. The new course will be taught by subject matter experts who will facilitate high-level discussion on industry best practices in the strategic planning, sourcing, contracting, travel policy development and compliance, risk management, strategic meeting management, and data analysis.
