The Advanced Principles of Business Travel Management™ is the advanced education offering that focuses on the key competencies required of business travel professionals. It is intended for travel buyers overseeing a managed business travel program and suppliers offering travel-related products and services.
This two-day workshop is designed to cover four main topics including strategic planning, buyer and supplier relationships, travel program administration, and data analysis. The course will be taught by a subject matter expert who will facilitate a high-level discussion on industry best practices in strategic planning, sourcing, contracting, travel policy development and compliance, risk management, strategic meeting management, and data analysis.
Fees: $450 for GBTA member, $500 for non-member
