If you need reasonable accommodation beyond what is listed below to attend this event, please fill out the questionnaire during the registration process. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
Requests should be made no less than three (3) weeks before the event. We will attempt to fulfill requests made after this date but cannot guarantee they will be met.
Mobility Considerations
- The Colorado Convention Center is dedicated to providing all of our guests a safe and enjoyable experience, including those with disabilities and special needs to ensure comfort and safety for everyone at all of our shows and performances.
- The Colorado Convention Center is ADA compliant. It is our goal to implement new standards as they are introduced. In accordance with the ADA, the Colorado Convention Center is responsible for and provides permanent premises access accommodations such as, but not limited to: wheelchair lifts, elevator standards, door width standards and restroom accessibility.

Sound/Hearing Considerations
- GBTA will be once again utilizing the Wordly AI Powered Translation services to provide real-time translation of sessions into audio and captions for 50+ languages.
- All Main Stage Sessions and Education Sessions will utilize the Wordly Captioning and Translation services.
- Attendees will access Wordly with their mobile phone or computer via a QR Code or the link in the mobile app. Attendees can select their preferred output language, and whether they want to read captions or listen to audio.
- What is Real-time Translation?
- Real-time translation refers to the process of translating text or speech from one language into another in real-time, with minimal delay. Real-time translation is often used to facilitate communication between people who speak different languages and is typically performed by computer algorithms or human interpreters.
- Real-time translation is used in a wide range of applications, including company meetings, industry conferences, video conferencing, live events, and customer support. It is an important tool for breaking down language barriers and facilitating cross-cultural communication.
Sight/Vision Considerations
- GBTA Convention signage will make an effort to utilize as much large print text signage as possible.
Hotel Accommodations and Shuttles
- Attendees can make hotel accommodation requests directly to the hotel. We have communicated possible accommodation needs and we will be happy to assist should you have any difficulty getting assistance.
- GBTA will provide shuttle bus service to and from select hotels to the Convention Center. The hotels that will have shuttle service are denoted by the red bus icon in the map and are noted in the booking link on the Housing page.
- If you require a wheelchair accessible bus, please let us know in advance so we may schedule one for you. Contact SeatPlanners at jayrudolph@seatplanners.com.

- GBTA provides the following food and beverage meals and refreshments to all attendees as part of the Convention program.
- Monday, July 21
- Welcome Reception - 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM - Light hors d'oeuvres, Beer and wine, Nonalcoholic drinks.
- Tuesday, July 22
- Coffee Break - 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM - Coffee, Hot teas, Water.
- Networking Lunch - 1:15 PM - 2:00 PM - Buffet Lunch
- Wednesday, July 23
- Coffee Break - 8:45 AM - 10:00 AM - Coffee, Hot teas, Water.
- Networking Lunch - 1:45 PM - 2:30 PM - Buffet Lunch

- If you have a specific Dietary Restriction or Allergy, please make sure to complete the question in the registration form so we may provide those special meals where applicable.
- GBTA strives to make most of our Convention food and beverage offerings accessible to everyone. All food items will be labeled onsite and banquet staff will be knowledgeable about menu ingredients and allergens.
- When you arrive onsite and need a special meal (kosher, halal, etc.) please notify one of the banquet staff members and they will assist you.

Other Sensory Considerations
- Please avoid the use of fragrance, parfum, perfume and/or cologne for those who are sensitive to chemicals.
Service Animals
- Pets are not allowed at the Colorado Convention Center; however, service animals are welcome. The Colorado Convention Center follows ADA guidelines regarding service animals.
- Remember that service animals are working and are not pets. Do not touch, pet, or feed treats to a service animal without the owner’s permission.
Mothers Lounge and Sensory Room
- The Mothers Lounge is located near the entrance of the Convention center, near the 100s meeting rooms. You must request access through the Convention Center Information Desk at the main entrance.
- A Sensory Room is available for any individual who may need a quiet space for stress relief. This room is located near the Mothers Lounge and must also be accessed by requesting through the Convention Center Information Desk.
- If you have trouble locating or accessing these rooms, please see the Registration desk at the main entrance and they can help you.

- GBTA promotes EDI at Convention by cultivating speaker diversity, welcoming speakers from underrepresented groups with a range of experiences and perspectives.
