  • GBTA will assign a designated representative from the Professional Development Team to support the session development and develop a project plan/timeline in conjunction with the Sponsor. Planning calls are recommended to be scheduled at regular intervals
  • Education session topic of sponsor's choice must be confirmed with Professional Development Team 12-weeks prior to Convention to avoid duplication of content
  • Education tracks to be assigned based on contract signing date

GBTA support during development:

  • GBTA will schedule all sessions within the breakout space based on the overall flow of the event to include various education formats and learning levels
  • GBTA will assign a designated representative from the Professional Development Team to support the session development and develop a project plan/timeline in conjunction with the Sponsor. Planning calls are recommended to be scheduled at regular intervals
